First-time clients are required to prepay.
In order to adhere to our cancellation policy of canceling no more than 12 hours prior to session start time, a card must be placed on file. If you have a Groupon, you are not required to add your card information. However, if a Groupon holder cancels within the 12 hour block time, your Groupon may be redeemed or you can pay the $35 cancellation fee.
Before Your Session, you will receive a confirmation email and intake form.
Please read the confirmation email to confirm the details are correct. Fill out the intake form so your therapist can be prepared for your session as soon as you receive it. It will arrive in your e-mail box 48 hours prior to your session start time.

Rescheduling
Late Cancellation Fee
Please be mindful of your therapist's time and of others' potential to book a session. To honor our therapist's time for last-minute cancellations, we have a $35 cancellation fee.
Day of Session
Check travel time at least an hour prior to session start time.
Add 10 minutes to your trip to account for parking, use of the restroom, and settling down prior to session start time. Arrive no more than 10 minutes from your start time. Your therapist needs time to transition from one session to another.

Location & Parking
We are located minutes away from the Brown Line station and have access to free parking in the surrounding neighborhood, as well as metered parking right in front of our location. Free metered parking on Sunday.
Entry
Easy entry at 1626 W Montrose Ave. Entering vestibule, we are the door on the left.
Tardiness
Please call (312) 687-0224 if you will be running more than 5 minutes late.
No Call or No Show
No call or no show 15 minutes past session time is a forfeit on your service and your Groupon/service will be redeemed.
Covid-19 Precautions
Masks are recommended, but not required. Please let us know if you prefer your therapist to wear a mask.
