Cupping Therapy
Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine that uses suction to pull on your skin and increase blood flow to the affected area. Cupping may produce reddening in the areas that ischemia is present, which is the restriction of blood flow in that specific part of the body.

We utilize gliding cupping and stationary cupping for different affects. Gliding cupping releases long stride fascial adhesions, while stationary cupping helps more of a specific tense region.

For most services, cupping is an additional $5.00.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone therapy is a method of relaxing and soothing muscles. The add-on can help with chronic tension and provide more access for the therapist to apply deeper pressure to release stress. Hot stones are applied to 1-2 regions of the body that are most affected by pain or tension to provide a restorative treatment.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a style of holistic medicinal care that utilizes essential oils and plant extracts to relieve stress and tension while encouraging release and relaxation. By stimulating your sense of smell after being inhaled or applied to the skin, aromas and essential oils can add to your massage by boosting your immune system and decreasing anxiety and stress.

Scalp & Face Treatment
Our scalp and face treatment involves focusing on relieving built up tension and pressure in the face, head, scalp, and neck. This add-on is particularly useful for those dealing with chronic illness, headaches, migraines, or either long-term or short-term respiratory issues.

For most services, the scalp and face treatment is complementary.
CBD Salve
A CBD Salve is a topical ointment applied to the skin during massages to promote healing and protect it from damage. Made out of cannabidiol, a cannabinoid that occurs naturally in the hemp plant, CBD Salves can be particularly useful for those dealing with chronic or new pain, as they has been shown to have medicinal properties that relieve muscle and joint problems.​

Hands & Feet Treatment
Many people, especially those with very active lifestyles or whose work involves a lot of walking or typing, find that they carry additional tension in their hands and/or feet. As such, our therapists are able to provide an additional focus during your massage on either or both of these areas, according to your specifications and needs.

Hot Towels
Hot Towels are often applied during massages on different parts of the body in order to enhance relaxation, relieve pain, improve circulation, and hydrate your skin. Heat from warm towels can dilate blood vessels, improving oxygen delivery to tissue, while also softening skin, making it more receptive to massage techniques and reducing inflammation.

Heated Table
A heated table during a massage can provide increased relaxation and wellbeing. Similarly to hot towels, the warmth of a heated table can help improve circulation and does wonders for pain relief. Heated tables have also been shown to promote faster recovery from injuries, making it ideal for athletes or those dealing with chronic pain.

Theragun
The Theragun, also often referred to as a Massage Gun, offers a wide variety of benefits for those dealing with muscle and joint pain or injury recovery. Using percussive techniques, the Theragun is the perfect tool for releasing knots, relieving muscle soreness or tension, and improving mobility. If you prefer a deeper massage or struggle with muscle pain and tension, the Theragun might be for you!​​
