3. Reinstatement for Older Certificates

Redemption Window
All gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Expired Gift Certificates
If a gift certificate has expired, the original dollar amount paid may still be applied toward services at current pricing. Expired certificates no longer guarantee the original service.

Reinstatement for Older Certificates
For certificates older than 24 months, a small reinstatement fee may apply to reactivate the remaining balance.
04.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift certificates may not be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

Present your certificate number when booking or checking in for your session.
