Heather is a highly experienced massage therapist and holistic practitioner with over 20 years of hands-on clinical experience. She offers integrative, thoughtful care that blends medical massage, Eastern bodywork, and intuitive techniques to support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Her work specializes in medical and post-surgical massage, lymphatic drainage, TMJ therapy, and chronic pain care. With a strong foundation in both Western clinical approaches and traditional Eastern modalities, Heather tailors each session to meet the client’s unique needs—whether the goal is recovery, regulation, or long-term wellness.

In addition to her clinical work, Heather is a dedicated educator and mentor, supporting massage therapy students while continuing advanced doctoral studies in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Her sessions are known for being grounding, therapeutic, and deeply supportive, making her an excellent fit for clients seeking skilled, integrative, and compassionate care.

Heather brings creativity and compassion into all aspects of her work. She is a sculpting artist, which informs her tactile awareness and appreciation for form, balance, and detail in the body. She is also deeply committed to community care, regularly volunteering her skills in support of animal welfare organizations and veterans’ services.

Outside of her clinical and academic pursuits, Heather enjoys spending time with her corgi, relaxing in coffee shops, and studying Arabic and Chinese—reflecting her love of language, culture, and lifelong learning.
